Information

  • Bring a child's immunization records, if available. Records may be accessed through MyIR at myirmobile.com.
  • Children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian
  • All children in Thurston County are welcome
  • No exemptions or waivers will be issued
  • Immunizations are available on a first-come, first-serve basis

The clinic offers these school-required immunizations:

  • DTaP/Tdap (diptheria, tetanus, pertussis)
  • Hepatitis B
  • IPV (inactivated poliovirus)
  • MMR (measles, mumps, rubella)
  • Varicella (chicken pox)

And these recommended immunizations:

  • HPV (human papillomarivus)
  • Meningococcal
